Normal trash and recycling service for Village residents is on Monday each week, unless a holiday (as listed below) falls on Monday. Yard waste is also picked up on Mondays during the months of April through November.

Please remember that if a recognized holiday falls on a Monday, your scheduled service day will be delayed by one day. Regular collection schedule will resume the following week.

GFL's Yard Waste Collection runs from April through November each year. Please BAG leaves or use appropriate containers listed below.

Yard waste is defined as leaves, lawn cuttings, shrubs and tree trimmings. Place into paper biodegradable bags or labelled  containers up to 35 gallons in size. We enforce a weight limit of 50 pounds. Brush and limbs greater than 2 inches in diameter must be in bundles not longer than 4 feet in length, and not exceeding a total of 18 inches in diameter, or more than 50 pounds.

Dirt, Large Stumps, Gravel, Dead Animals, Sod, Sand, Animal Feces, Rocks

Recycling Program
Recycling Collection takes place every week on the same day as the regular waste collection. Please make certain your recycling is placed in a clearly marked, approved Recycling Bin or Cart.

Please do not place any of the following items in your recycling bin/cart. These items are not recyclable and can contaminate other recyclable materials. - Thank you.
