NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Lake Orion will hold a public hearing on the reprogramming of its Program Years 2020 and 2021 Community Development Block Grant funds. The hearing will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 7:30 PM, at Lake Orion Village Hall Council Chambers, 21 East Church Street, Lake Orion, MI 48362; (248) 693-8391, to hear public comments on the reprogramming of CDBG funds in the amount of $18,953.00 from Code Enforcement, Subsistence Payments-Emergency Services, Water/Sewer Improvements, and Food Banks to the Meeks Park Pedestrian Bridge Replacement Project. All interested citizens are requested to attend the hearing. Comments will also be received in person or in writing at Village Hall or by email to galeczkas [at] lakeorion.org () until 1:00 PM on Monday, November 27, 2023. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 72-hour prior notice.
